Murrayfield Racers travel to face Dundee Tigers on Sunday aiming to edge closer to booking their place in the final of the Scottish Cup.
The Racers finished runners-up in the competition last season and are eager to go one better this time around.
Tony Hand’s side progressed to the last four with a comfortable victory over Kilmarnock Thunder, while the Tigers defeated North Ayrshire Wild.
The two teams have met just once this season, with the Racers securing a 7-1 victory in the league at Dundee back in September.
However, the Tigers have improved massively since then and currently sit in third place in the Scottish National League (SNL).
They head into the game on the back of an impressive league victory over Dundee Comets and it would be unwise to underestimate the threat they pose.
The semi-finals of the Scottish Cup are a two-legged affair, with the reverse fixture set to take place at Murrayfield Ice Rink on Sunday, 1st March.
The winners of the tie will meet either Dundee Comets or Paisley Pirates in the final at Dundee Ice Arena on Saturday, 21st March.
